At Dansk Overflade Teknik A·S, the logistics function is involved from the very moment the customer orders steel to be collected. Thus, logistics come into the picture already at the quotation stage.

When the item arrives at the goods receiving department, it is checked and recorded before it is sent on for surface treatment.

After surface treatment, the steel construction is sent via the finishing and quality control functions to our stock of finished goods where the external logistics function takes over.

DOT has a large fleet of lorries, however, several regular haulage contractors are also used to serve our customers in Denmark, Southern Sweden and Northern Germany.

DOT often delivers steel directly to assembly plants or building sites throughout Denmark or abroad, and DOT offers turnkey package solutions to facilitate the customer's management of his project and to reduce the time of delivery, thus minimizing the total costs of delivery.
